The TrackaParcel system eradicates this problem for logistics companies and allows the depot manager to oversee all operations from the ease of a computer screen. All items manifested are scanned to location so that whilst the drivers are loading their vehicles the system checks that the items selected are correct by indicating on our depot manager system at a glance.
Once the loading is complete and correct, the system allows depot managers to dispatch the drivers with a simple drop and drag option the routes then open to allow manipulation of drop order whereby the best possible route can be chosen. The route designer also plays a roll in this by sorting the manifested items into best possible route for the drivers. The run sheet is then ready to print and the drivers receive their instructions along with any additional information needed for each individual drop.
