Parcel tracking

Tracking issues generally arise when customers mistake parcel reference numbers for tracking numbers or when an insufficient time is not allowed to let the courier update their data base. Naturally people nowadays are impatient and can’t help themselves ringing to enquire where their item is.

After booking a parcel with our system a tracking number will emit live tracking as soon as the package is released into the couriers’ custody. This means you can track any package from the time that it is picked up until the package reaches its final destination via a live track and trace interface made available to your customer.

A parcel reference number will NOT allow live tracking information about your package. In fact in most cases the information readily available to you while the package is in transit is confusing and misleading. A parcel reference number will generally update 2 times to public (you – the customer): 1st when we ship it and 2nd after you receive your package at your destination. The rest of the information concerning your package is concealed away by the courier for internal company purposes. Packages that have this problem are generally ---- packages.

Your package will ship approximately 24 hours from the date that you ordered with us or sooner (with the exception of holidays and Sundays). The holiday full schedule is available on the policy page that you agreed to have read (at purchase).

While the package is in the couriers care or in transit to your selected destination you will notice that our web site and the couriers’ web site ------------------will emit faulty information like: Electronic Shipping Info Received, The ---- Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on… This does not indicate receipt by the ---- or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later, No record of that item, or other disturbing information.
